Insurance License Continuing Education

Even though you’ve already earned your certification as an insurance agent, your education is far from complete. Licensed agents are required to expand their knowledge and abilities in the profession by taking continuing education courses throughout their careers. Health Insurance Continuing Education

Certified insurance agents who need to complete their health insurance continuing education requirements can usually select from several state-approved courses. For example, in some states, such as Illinois, a course in Health Savings Accounts can fill three credit hours. The specific courses and hours required can differ between states.
